About Mr. Romano

Antonio P. Romano is a Partner at Comiter Singer, where he focuses his practice on probate, trust, and guardianship administration and litigation. Antonio brings extensive experience handling complex, high-stakes disputes involving multi-million-dollar estates and trusts, as well as both contested and uncontested probate administrations. His strategic approach and litigation acumen make him a trusted advisor and advocate in navigating sensitive matters for families, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries.

Antonio is deeply involved in the legal community and remains committed to advancing the field of probate and trust law. His involvement includes serving as Subcommittee Chair of the Florida Probate Rules Committee and participation in the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, including the Guardianship, Probate & Trust Litigation, Probate Law & Procedure, Trust Law, and At Large Members (ALM) committees. Antonio is also a graduate of Class IV of the Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy and the Florida Fellow’s Institute through the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Outside of his professional commitments, Antonio remains dedicated to serving his community and is actively involved at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, where his husband serves as the Rector.

Antonio earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014 and his B.S. in Finance, with minors in Psychology, International Affairs, and Political Science, from Florida State University in 2011. During law school, Antonio honed his skills as a judicial intern for the Honorable John J. O’Sullivan in the Southern District of Florida, participated in the Litigation Skills Program, and served as a member of the Business Law Review. He also represented clients in FINRA arbitration proceedings through the Investor Rights Clinic and broadened his perspective through the London Olympics Exchange Program.

Antonio’s diverse experience, meticulous attention to detail, and leadership in both professional and community organizations allow him to deliver thoughtful, results-driven solutions for his clients. His reputation for professionalism, commitment, and strategic thinking has made him a sought-after advocate in probate, trust, and guardianship matters across Florida.
